People do not get connected to the life of church by accident. There is an underlying process that moves people from first time guests to living successful Christian lives. Before you can define your system and process, you have to first examine what you are currently doing and then ask two questions…
1. What are we doing that isn’t necessary?
2. What are we missing, or what is it that we should be doing that we aren’t doing?
