In my time of reading this morning, I all of a sudden hear the birds start chirping! They’re back! Spring must be on the way and I love that! On a morning when maybe you need God to settle your spirit. When you so desperately want him to swoop down and answer all of your prayers in an instant, be reminded, to fully and completely trust God. Trust that He is in absolute control over everything in your life and you have nothing to be afraid of or worry about. The sound of the birds chirping, to me, is a simple reminder… God has got everything covered. He won’t leave anything left undone. He hears our prayers and he is going to turn everything around in our favor! So breathe deep and revel in what God is doing in your world today! Oh, and smile and make someones day today. It’s going to be a great day!
Celebrate God all day, every day. I mean, revel in him! Make it as clear as you can to all you meet that you’re on their side, working with them and not against them. Help them see that the Master is about to arrive. He could show up any minute!
Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life. Philippians 4:4-7
You will keep in perfect peace
all who trust in you,
