We’ve all done it. We begin to compare, we make assessments, start to judge and the next thing you know, we are complaining. We view others lives as better based on what we see in just a moment posted on social media. We have no idea what the big picture is, but we judge the situation based simply on what we see. The place, that job, that person and maybe even that church that was such a blessing to you has become a source of offense.
Complaining is mentioned over 3500 times in the Bible. The only reason I mention this is because we all seem to do it so well and it is usually in the times of dissatisfaction that we make life altering decisions. I pray that you choose to stay in the place of blessing. Enjoy the journey God has you on. Look up from your thoughts, feelings, ambitions. Look up, over and above it all and see where God has placed you. Carry your victories with you and remind yourself of all that God has done for you. Trust God and know that He will provide you with more than enough. He will bless you beyond your wildest dreams IF you stay in the place of blessing.
